Disposable vape pens are taking over the legal cannabis market in America for a whole bunch of reasons. They’re relatively cheap, there’s no ‘herby’ smell, and they taste great!
Cartridge vapes like the PCKT ONE Portable Vaporizer that I recently reviewed are popping up all over the shop! This new craze is taking the world by storm, and there is an ever-growing wealth of knowledge on the net pertaining to mixing your own Cannabis-infused vape juice!
Vaping is a lot better than smoking your concentrates as it minimizes the risk of burning yourself of a hot nail or torch, and it’s a mess-free way to consume your dabs.
A couple of months back Matt did a post where he showed you how to make nicotine-infused eJuice for use with a mod vape, as well as briefly touching on infusing dabs into your eJuice.
Today, I just copped a handy little invention that I’ve had my eye on for a long time, and it’s going to help me show you guys how to make your own cannabis-infused eJuice!
Concentrated Review: Shatter Batter
Shatter Batter is a neutral base for your eJuice that helps turn your concentrate into a liquid that can be vaped through a box mod or 510-thread cartridge.
It’s available in a bunch of different flavors, but because I’m a terp fiend I decided to go with the natural base so that I’m not damaging the terp profile of the concentrate I’ll be mixing.
It’s a lot easier than it sounds – it’s pretty much the same as mixing your own eLiquids. All you’re going to need is the following:
- Shatter Batter base liquid
- a gram of dabs
- a vessel to vape it in
- a saucepan or double boiler
The Shatter Batter comes with a handy little micro-pipette so that you can measure out the correct dosage. The general rule of thumb is one part concentrate to three Shatter Batter.
In the coming days, I’ll be getting messy and making my own cannabis-infused eJuice for you guys with this Locomotion shatter that I recently picked up. It’ll be super interesting to see whether this mix compares with straight distillate from a dispensary.
An important note to remember when dealing with cannabis concentrate is: watch the viscosity! Runny concentrate can be sticky as all hell and can be a nightmare to get off fingers and tables.
