How Replacing Smoking with Vaping May Improve Your Workout

Did you know that by replacing smoking with vaping it may actually help you get that ripped body you have been trying to achieve?

How You Ask?

Well, most people would think that smoking anything and exercising aren’t a good mix. And, to a great extent, that’s true because the two activities typically have opposite impacts on our health. Vaping, on the other hand, is a whole new kettle of fish.

Let’s face it, it’s not easy to work out when your lungs are filled up with tar, carbon monoxide or one of any other of the 7,000 toxic chemicals created when tobacco is burned.

Cigarettes have been proven to have numerous negative health implications.

In addition, nicotine and some of these other toxic chemicals reduce the amount of oxygen in your blood.

Oxygen is a key ingredient your blood needs in order for you to build muscle.

It Works Like This

When you work out – let’s say weight lifting for muscle tone. You exert your muscles to the point at which you are making small tears in the muscle fibers. During periods of rest between workouts, your body acts to heal those fibers through re-growth. If you’re smoking tobacco during these rest periods, you’re depriving your body of the oxygen it needs to efficiently re-grow the fibers.

Reducing the levels of oxygen in your blood stream also has negative effects for your workout. When you inhale tobacco smoke to your lungs, it reacts by creating mucus to remove the harmful chemical particles that come in. Over time, that mucus (and the smoke residue that it’s collecting) form a barrier on your lung walls. This reduces the amount of oxygen you breathe from getting into your system. So, you need to breath heavier and work harder during your workouts in order to get enough oxygen to do what you want your body to do.

Sounds Awful Right? So Where’s the Upside?

At this point, you might think there couldn’t possibly be one. And, if you’re talking about tobacco smoking, you’d be right. But, fortunately, you can STILL enjoy a ‘good rip’ and get ripped.

The Key is Vaping

By vaping the right substances at the right times, you can enhance your workout and enjoy the relaxing pleasure of a few long drags.

This is great news for people who are fairly healthy and may even work out on a regular basis but still struggle with a cigarette addiction.

Before Exercise

By replacing the normal cigarettes with a vaporizer before workouts, it reduces the effects of cigarettes on the workout oxygen levels. For an optimal workout, it’s not widely recommended that you smoke or vape within 30 minutes before your workout. That kind of routine not only introduces improved health habits but might also lead to the elimination of cigarettes altogether.

After Exercise

Many smokers will tell you that their “best cigarette” is the one they smoke right after working out.

While there’s no solid information on why that is? It does make avoiding it that much harder. Again, vaping may be the answer for you.

Because you can vape so many herbs other than tobacco, cigarette smokers can get the same experience with fewer downsides.

So if you are a smoker, or not you can vape to improve your workouts as well as your recovery afterward.

Chris

I have been vaporizing herbs for many years and working for VapeFuse in Australia and Europe. I try every vaporizer and fortunate enough to have this as part of my job. I feel like I am living the dream. I love to hear from other vapers, so always feel free to comment on my posts. Keep on vaping.
