The HoneyStick AeroBee is one of the very few 510 Thread concealers that can provide full temperature control to the user.

It’s called AeroBee because its body is made out of aerospace grade aluminum. As a result, it is light and sturdy.

The device takes most cartridges that are 12mm or less in diameter. We tested it with a bunch of cartridges and it worked with every single one of them we tried.

The HoneyStick AeroBee comes with a massive 800 mAh capacity battery. Regardless of how thick your oil might be, the AeroBee has the power to deal with it.

The AeroBee comes in a nicely designed deluxe white slide-out box.

The flip out lid acts as a Users Manual, providing you with all the information you need to use the vaporizer.

The kit includes everything you need to get started with 510 thread vaporizing, except for the cartridge.

• AeroBee 510 Thread vaporizer
• Micro USB charging cable (on a keychain holder)
• 2 x 510 thread magnetic adapters

So no oil cartridge is included, you’ll have to source your own. Remember that the quality of the cartridges is a huge factor in 510 thread vaporizing, so chose carefully.

How to Use the HoneyStick AeroBee 510 Thread Vaporizer?

Before the first use, it is recommended to put it on the supplied micro USB charger and plug it in to charge.

If the AeroBee is off, the screen will display ”Charging”. When the battery is charged, the screen will display the text “Full” for a while before it turns off.

The USB charger on a key holder is pretty handy. You can simply carry it with you on your keychain so you always have it ready when you need it.

Once your AeroBee is fully charged, it is time to start vaping.

There are 3 buttons to operate the AeroBee with. One bigger power and fire button and two smaller ones. The one closer to the power button is the ‘+’ button to increase temperature. The third one is the ‘-‘ button to decrease the temperature.

Click the power button 5 times to turn the vaporizer on.

When it turns on, it displays the text “AeroBee” and then it flips into the default watt mode. You can set your desired wattage between 1 and 20 watts using the + and – buttons.

If you’d like to use the temperature mode instead, simply click the power button 3 times in a sequence.

The unit switches over to temperature mode and is set to 100 degrees Celsius on default.

To switch it over to Fahrenheit, simply press the + button and let it go to the maximum 300°C and then it will switch over to Fahrenheit.

Temperature range:

• 100 – 300°C
• 200 – 600°F

When you turn it on next time, it will remember the last settings you used it on and start up on those settings.

Next step is to screw one of the magnetic adapters onto a cartridge and insert your cartridge into your AeroBee.

When you put your cartridge in, the device will ask you if it is a new or an old coil. If the cartridge you are using is a new one (not one that you had in there before) hit the plus sign. When you do, the AeroBee will read the cartridge and its optimal settings.

If you are putting the same cartridge back that you had before, hit the minus button and the device will use its previous settings.

Most high performing cartridges will display between 1 and 2 ohms (Ω) resistance. The lower the ohms are, the higher performance and quicker heat up time you are going to get from the cartridge.

As you can see above, my CCell TH2 Cartridge reads 1.45 ohms even after a few refills.

If the ohms are increasing on your cartridge, that is a good indicator for you to clean your cartridge or that it might be getting close to its life cycle.

To start vaping, simply press and hold the power button and draw.

If the way you are holding the unit makes the screen upside down for you, you can actually flip the numbers around.

If you press the power button 4 times in a sequence, the text on the display flips around conveniently.

Once you finished with vaping you can lock the device to make sure you are not pressing the buttons and firing it up in your pocket.

Press and hold the + and – buttons simultaneously for about 2 seconds and you’ll see the text “Locked” displaying on the screen.

Do the same to unlock the screen when you are ready to use the device again.
