The XMax V2 Pro features an isolated airpath, separating the incoming air from all electronics.

Potential problems with the XMax V2 Pro Vaporizer
If your brand new Xmax V2 Pro does not want to start, if it looks like it is dead on arrival, make sure you do the following. Screw the battery off the vaporizer and make sure that the silicone battery protector has been taken off the metal sensor.
We have many contacts from our community asking what’s going on, the vaporizer doesn’t work. That little piece of white silicone not being removed is often the reason.
This has been the most common reason we get contacted about issues with this vaporizer pen. The V2 Pro is a very reliable vaporizer and had very little issues with it over the years.
